Returns and Exchanges

RETURNS

We are happy to offer a refund for any unused and unworn merchandise purchased in the last 60 days.  

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  Gift cards cannot be returned.

To initiate a return, please email us at hello@lazyturtlenaples.com, and we will be happy to help you.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your refund is approved,  a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

SALE ITEMS 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES

If you need to exchange your item for a different size or color, please send us an email at hello@lazyturtlenaples.com.
